The MRCOOL® Signature Series TruInverter™ 48K BTU 230V Multi-Position Air Handler delivers powerful, energy-efficient comfort for homes. Built with TruInverter™ variable-speed technology, it continuously adjusts output to match real-time demand, providing smooth, consistent temperatures while reducing energy use, system wear, and operating noise.
Using next-generation R-454B refrigerant, the system offers excellent heat transfer with a much lower environmental impact, helping meet modern efficiency standards while lowering long-term operating costs.
The air handler supports upflow, downflow, and horizontal installation, allowing it to fit easily in attics, closets, crawl spaces, or mechanical rooms. Its compact cabinet delivers strong airflow without the bulk of traditional systems. When paired with a compatible TruInverter™ Heat Pump Condenser, it provides reliable heating and cooling in every season.
Installation is faster and cleaner thanks to MRCOOL® No-Vac® Quick Connect® line sets, which arrive factory-charged with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuum pumps or refrigerant handling.
For control, the system works with most third-party smart thermostats, letting you choose your preferred app-based or voice-controlled platform. Optional TruInverter™ electric heat kits add supplemental or emergency heat for cold climates.
